  • The Avian Pest Control operator monitoring platform and all associated software
  • The design, engineering, firmware and software of Avian Pest Control automated pest bird management systems
  • All technical documentation, user manuals, compliance reports and training materials
  • The Avian Pest Control name, logo, trade marks and service marks
  • All patents, patent applications, trade secrets and proprietary technology relating to the Systems

The Avian Pest Control name and logo are trade marks of Avian Pest Control Pty Ltd. You must not use our trade marks without our prior written consent. Nothing on this website grants any licence to use our trade marks.

3. Permitted Use
