When you register for an operator account, we collect: full name, email address, phone number, organisation name, job title, country and jurisdiction of operation, government identification or professional credentials (where required for regulatory compliance), and account login credentials (passwords are stored in hashed form and are never accessible to us in plain text).

2.2 Remote Monitoring and Operational Data

Our systems generate and transmit operational data including: device telemetry and system health metrics, event logs (including detection events, sedation events, euthanasia authorisation records and disposal records), GPS location data for deployed units, camera imagery and video footage captured by the system, species identification data, and operator action logs including timestamps and authorisation records. This data is collected for the purpose of operating the system, generating compliance reports and maintaining the audit trail required by applicable biosecurity regulations.

2.3 Website Usage Data

When you visit our website, we automatically collect: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited and time spent, and cookie identifiers (see Section 7 below).

2.4 Communications

If you contact us via email, phone or our contact form, we collect the content of your communications and any personal information you provide.
